What is a credit?
One credit unlocks one full output - a report, a CV, a cover letter or a document - plus unlimited free downloads of that output, forever. Subscriptions grant monthly credits; pay-as-you-go buys wallet credits.
What are free preview credits?
Every account gets 2 free preview credits for life. Each one runs a tool once and shows a preview - a teaser for report-style tools, or a view-only (non-downloadable) result for others. Free previews never unlock a full output or a download.
How much does a credit cost?
Pay as you go is $3 per credit. Subscriptions cost less per credit - Starter ~$2.38, Professional ~$2.23 and Premium ~$1.98. The bonus packs above also lower the per-credit cost.
Do plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset to your monthly grant each month and don't carry over. Wallet credits (pay-as-you-go) do roll over and expire 12 months after purchase.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep free downloads of everything you've already unlocked and you keep any wallet credits. New outputs then need wallet credits or a renewed plan.
Which plans include consultations?
Premium includes one 45-minute consultation with a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer every month. You can also buy consultant sessions on their own from the Book a Consultant section.
